Our property

The Bed and Breakfast is located in a renovated section of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, you will find a double bed, bedside tables, and a storage chest. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, console sink, and a shower measuring 90x90 cm. In the living room, there is a table with four chairs, a sofa bed, a sideboard, and a display cabinet. The interiors are of high quality, featuring handcrafted parquet floors and hand-painted ceramics. Some furniture dates back to the 1800s and has been restored. The establishment offers all modern comforts, including Wi-Fi and a refrigerator. The heating system is underfloor, the windows have mosquito nets, and notably, the entire building is rated in energy class A, ensuring perfect summer climate comfort without the need for electromechanical devices like air conditioners. The entrance is completely independent. The garden, furnished with metal furniture, and the parking area are exclusively reserved for guests of the establishment. The room is fully soundproofed.

The facility is equipped with everything needed to prepare hot beverages, while the desserts and other dishes will be made directly by Barbara using local products. These will be served in a communication area featuring two doors, one of which is accessible only from inside the suite, allowing guests to freely choose the timing, method, and location for consumption (in the room, in the living room, or in the garden). This arrangement has been highly appreciated by guests, who view it as an uncommon added value of freedom.

Hi, I'm Fulvio. I take care of the farm, I am passionate about music, reading and I enjoy 'playing' the guitar. But the real soul of the structure is my wife Barbara. Once known, you can find her in everything that is offered by the living room. She loves to cook, entertain with guests and is a very good painter. We have 2 daughters Sofia and Sara, our affectionate dog Nana and three very cute cats: Tigre, Ivy and Fiore. We have created the Bed and Breakfast from an outbuilding of our farmhouse with the desire to share the enormous fortune of living in such a suggestive corner of Tuscany where Nature is the true mistress!

Area countryside

The structure, created in an old farmhouse, has undergone a recent and profound renovation. Valuable finishing materials have been used and perfect summer and winter air conditioning has been obtained without the aid of air conditioners. The farm is located in a wide bend of the Ciuffenna stream (suitable for bathing) protected upstream by a steep escarpment which defines the beginning of the typical 'Balze del Valdarno'. This situation makes the environment unique for physical, acoustic and light insulation but at the same time particularly close to all services (the provincial road is only 350m away). Everything is near the town of Loro Ciuffenna (2 km), one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the center of Tuscany (Florence 45 mins, Arezzo 30 mins, Siena 50 mins, Chianti 30 mins) and particularly served by the main ways of communication. The motorway is 7 km away, the railway is 8 km away, the Florence airport is 50 km away.
